Of course the blocks put down loads of color FAST and the pencils give a more precise application. I am going to try her suggestions for use on fabric. I have been looking for something new to try. And I am pretty sure I have the blocks, but it my be the pencils. Will try anyway. I like the high saturation of the inks. As soon as I finish this charity quilt, I will start on doing some watercolors using the inktense blocks.Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17095809082494749979noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1690571754847916988.post-67495781598373787152018-04-13T11:53:56.215-04:002018-04-13T11:53:56.215-04:00OOOOH!! A little richer than my Prismacolors. I am finally out of my fountain pen, watercolor buying stage and now using them. (Just bought a bunch of Daniel Smith wc tubes because they were on sale at Artist and Craftsman in Portland. (still are.) Will do a color chart soon, and inspired by you, I'll do a comparison chart of Windsor Newton with Smith. Thanks! PS I've been sick and finally did a new blog post today...Sketchbook Wanderinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06850319000824866265noreply@blogger.com
